I LOVE Indian food and one of my favorite dishes to make (and to eat) is Muttar Paneer. The dish is made of homemade cheese (paneer) with peas (muttar) mixed in with traditional Indian spices.

Hereâ€™s what you need:
1 package of paneer, usually about 250-300 gms. Usually available at all grocery stores in the dairy aisle (right by the cheese)
1-2 cups of peas which can be frozen or fresh.
3 medium sized tomatoes
1-2 Green chillies (or more if you want it even spicier!)
1 White onion
Turmeric powder or Haldi
Garam Masala (cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds, black pepper, cashews, cumin seeds)
