Remember when I shared this post about Preity Zinta throwing a Bollywood wedding reception in Mumbai so that her industry friends could celebrate her wedding to Gene Goodenough? Now there are even more signs that this is about to happen REAL soon!

Preity posted this photo of herself with her husband and in-laws at the airport. The caption said “finally a much needed vacation with my new family. Nothing can beat the beauty of the mountains and going back to your roots.”

They were headed to Shimla where she showed them around her hometown and celebrated Mother’s Day with her mom. They then headed to Mohali to cheer on her team Kings XI Punjab.

Preity and Gene were married in a secret wedding in L.A. on February 28 and apparently he is an executive at an energy company in L.A. So I’m not sure what their living arrangements are like but Preity has said in the past that she will never leave India. I’m not sure if Gene is doing the commuting between the two countries but what I am hearing is a rumour that they are now back in Mumbai and will have their reception as early as THIS FRIDAY.
