When Ayesha Curry Went Bollywood!

Ayesha Curry is very active on social media and loves sharing photos of her and her family. I love following her online because I think she’s fun—to be honest until recently, I didn’t know much about basketball and only knew certain players because of their wives. That’s changed now and I enjoy watching basketball but I still find myself scanning the crowd to see if I can spot any familiar faces. I love Ayesha because she is protective and fierce over her family (remember that tweet that landed her into trouble?!) and she’s more than a “basketball wife”—she’s creating her own empire and I love that!

Now that the NBA finals are over, Ayesha and her hubby basketball player Steph Curry, finally have time to enjoy the summer and that means summer weddings! Normally we are used to seeing the couple dressed like this:

Looking gorgeous ladies!

I LOVE THIS! This is what celebrating diversity is all about. It’s so awesome she wasn’t afraid to try something different and not only wore a sari to the wedding but also got mehendi done on her hands. Doesn’t she look incredible in the sari? What a great color on her!

I really wish she had posted videos from inside the wedding where we could have seen her and Steph grooving to Bollywood dance hits but hey, maybe next time. Ayesha, whenever I get married you are MORE than welcome to get your Bollywood on again! 😉  #iwish
