Who Loves Indian Fashion???

I live and breath fashion, beauty and Bollywood so I was excited to host this year’s Kismet Wedding Show. I had an absolute blast checking out the latest Indian fashions, interacting with the audience, and meeting tons of fans!  This year, I saw a ton of beautiful Indian wear so kudos to all the designers for creating a fantastic collection. Thanks to everyone who came up to me and showed me so much love and support, it really means a lot. Here are some pics from the event. While I had the chance to interview some of the designers, the most important takeaway was that if you have a dream outfit in mind, they can make it. You want it super sequined and sparkly? Done! You want a simple design with just a bold border for a pop of color? Sure! It was amazing how you could dream up any outfit and they could bring it to life…and at such affordable prices! I think Indian fashion is the best. Where else do you get to wear such bright and sparkly outfits that can make ANY woman–regardless of her size, shape, and color–look drop dead gorgeous?! You truly feel like a Bollywood princess in the lenghas, anarkalis, and saris. So if you’re looking to add some new pieces to your closest this year, I would really recommend creating a storyboard with pieces of different designs and working with a local designer to create an unique outfit that fits your personality.
