Hello Everyone,

What an amazing summer day today! I attended the NetIP Winnipeg launch party at Saffrons. I'll be one of the speakers at this year's confernce in Toronto so make sure to check it out. I'll be on the Desi Divas panel in excellent company including supermodel Saira Mohan and fashion designer Alia Khan!

Today I'm just trying to enjoy the beautiful day and trying to get some work done. I'm trying to get back into tip top shape and it's hard! My weapon of choice is running on the treadmill. I try to push myself hard running in sprints as I heard that's the best way to really increase your heart rate and maximize the fat burning but all I want to do is lounge outside and drink margaritas!

Hey Everyone!

Wow, how time flies! This week I played golf for the first time this season and I'm proud to say I only lost one ball in the bushes lol! Ok, so I really have to work on my golf game! In my defense, I haven't had a chance to really practice. In Winnipeg, the weather is crazy right now. It's been raining and thundering all week and we finally got some sun today but I was busy working!

I have done a few more interviews, so I'll be posting those up when the articles are published. I'm busy launching my own business...which I'm so excited for! I can't wait to share it with all of you so I'm working long into the night to finish up the website. Stay tuned! Folklorama is around the corner and I can't wait to go to as many pavilions as possible! I had the opportunity to attend one of the kick off dinners and it's so cool to see all the various cultures we have in Canada. We are truly blessed to be in such an amazing country with so many different cultures that continue to thrive here! I have a couple of things in the works...so keep checking back here to see the official announcements!
